Support for improving mold life with high strength and high adhesion
CVD treatment is the only technology in Thailand.
The hard films are deposited on the surface by reacting gasified titanium at high temperature.
The films are used for planks and deep drawing press dies, and especially suitable for high life when using high-tensile materials.
In addition, the hard coatings with wear resistance and low friction are highly effective when applied to press dies, and support the improvement of mold life with high strength and high adhesion.
