 We can perform pressure cooling of 15Bar, which is the maximum pressure in Thailand.

We process under optimal cooling conditions with high-pressure gas cooling and oil cooling for maximizing the characteristics of materials.

The advanced quenching furnace can be controlled by the temperature of the actual material, and the product can be cooled under the optimum conditions.

By processing under optimal conditions, we achieve sufficient characteristic values and distortion reduction.

By using electricity as a heat source, gas as a processing medium, and vacuum technology, we have established the technology to perform heat treatment without deteriorating the quality of the metal surface.

Moreover, in quenching of large molds such as die casting molds, we have also established “Uniquench®” treatment, which enables the heat treatment of large molds with high toughness that suppresses heat treatment distortion, and “Maruquench” treatment, which specializes in preventing quench cracks, by the practical use of multi-cooling.
